Yes, we highly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Our service includes travel insurance only when you are inside our transport units. If a serious accident were to happen to you, we will stop the excursion and take you to the nearest hospital.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 30 days in advance and up to 90% if the cancellation is made before15 days of the trip. If cancellation is made 7 days in advance, there is no refund. If the tour has been completed we do not make refunds.
